Sad Story...

Long Long time ago, in the Tiger Kingdom lived a pair of siblings.

Both were blessed with some gifts.

Brother had a pair of eyes who could see a distance far far away.

Sister had a pair of ears who could listen to anything.

They grew up together and experienced happiness and sadness together. They like to run to the hills to play. Brother would look at far away countries and tell the sister the majestic view that he see. Sister would listen to the beautiful sounds and describe for the brother.

As time goes by, brother and sister started to fall in love with each other. They knew that it was wrong, but they could not control themselves. They continued to love each other.

Alas, their parents found out about it. Father was very mad, mother was very sad. The neighbours would point fingers at them and gossip about them. Brother and sister were adamant about their love for each other.

To prove that they were truly in love with each other, Brother destroyed his eyes and Sister destroyed her ears.

They felt that since they could not get the blessings, they did not want the gifts...

Long long after, a musician heard this beautiful love story and was touched by it. He decided to compose a song for the lovers.

I came across this song and it touched my heart too.

However, I did not buy his CD, so I cannot share with you the lovely song. I remembered the lyrics though, and will share with you how touching this song is... enjoy.. .......... (scroll down)

Things just don't go really well these days.

1st, my grandma admitted into hospital for 3 weeks and still we havent disclose to her about her cancer. Had been going to the hospital daily after work.. Her legs were heavily bloated and she's terribly weak. Hopefully there's some miracle to make her get well soon...

2nd, the kids camp that i organised isn't that smooth. Last week's camp there's few kids who were suspected of food posioning. Some vomitted and some had fever. Dunno who to blame but for me, parents were calling and asking me for the solutions. I will 'get back' to them soonest possible. How soon?

3rd, also about the kids camp. Some miscommunication leads to trouble for me. One theme was to run from 9am to 1pm but i sold the programme as a 9am to 5pm thing. How? Get the vendor to extend hours loh.. how? Pay more money loh.

4th, sunday went celebrate friend's birthday. Almost slipped and fell outside the toilet but i held on to my friend. How fortunate. But on my way back, i LL walked down gracefully a harmless less than 45 degree slope when i got my ass on the concrete ground with a loud thud. I'm still destined to fall.

The only consoling thing is that i finally got to watch the musical which i had purchased the tix in Sept. Kiasu ah, buying tix in Sept only to watch in December... Nice show...
