[Below is written in a state of anger. Any prejudice or discrimination is deeply regretted, like real. Just let me be.]
Sometimes i wonder.. Senior Executive is there to assist me, a small executive? Hmm.. then why is the position call senior then? Does it go according to age?
Already am so full of stuff to do and yet she dun bother to help. What's worse, one colleague is on holiday and the other on serious MC (almost hospitalised) and here i am, sole ranger to sell my school programme. (There's another very hardworking one, but too bad she aint doing the academic thingy... haiz)
Then there's another one doing one single programme nia.. But she not officially my dept so cant get her help out in my stuff. However, i dun like the actions whereby she gave away free stuff to other dept helpful colleague as if she bought it. I mean, hello, the thing is there for us to share and eat. Not to give away as if no one see...
普一普一普一 (pui pui pui in chinese)
But after much venting of frustration, i'm still the hardworking (work 8am to 8pm) happy-go-lucky me...
Plus, i'm young and cute~ lalalalala

Today 1st time lunch with students... The 2 of them are pretty much cute students to hang out with...
One of them asked about my birth year. I told her and she replied that she has a older bro same age as me. She told me her bro side view looked like Wong Lee Hom...
ohh.. quite cute siah~
Her bro was also from Xinmin Sec... I asked for his name.
And piak. I'm hitted with the answer. Her bro is my classmate! For all my sec sch days!
Gasp Gasp Gasp.
It's a small world afterall. It's a small world afterall. It's a small world afterall. It's a small... small... world...
It was as if i was hitted with a toufu against my head... How can it be so coincidence that only drama serials can only happen?
Somemore she said that her bro looked like Wong Lee Hom... Where got? I hadn't notice..
She asked if I was secretly admiring her bro.
*Candice fainted with foam bubbling at her mouth*
Wong Lee Hom... The singer is so good looking...
My classmate....
sigh!
*Speechless*

So pissed off today..
One China student went back to China to visit girlfriend and told the mum (in china) he went Indonesia for holiday. Cos he went diferent parts of china so wun meet the mum.
He even had a classmate to help QQ (Msn for china) the mum that life in Indonesia is good lah.. all this while it's the friend who stay put in Singapore who msg the mum.
But he's so suay that Indonesia now got tsunami.. so the mum panic and called the school. I so suay that i picked up the call.
The student will be back tonight.. but the mum tried contacting him 2 days ago, worrying about his well-being..
The chinese teacher knew about it and wants me to help cover up.. But for me, i think since it's the student who made it up, he should answer for it. So i direct the call to the teacher.. so she also bo bian cant cover up...
I dun think it's good to make up a lie and cheat parents... they really should answer to their actions...

How to Win Super Mario Bros
Was randomly checking out Youtube.com... Kaoz this clip shows how to win in 5mins...
Saturday morning went praying my grandparents... We were late! Supposedly to be there at 8am, me and my set of parents reached at 9am...
After that, i took bus to my office to do my unfinished work... Today's the last day for the English speaking competition... Good heavens! Great hor? Yah right! We are coming up with the Mandarin speaking competition (Candice fainting with the thought of it)
I loved over-seeing the whole event.. like see if anything missing or whatsoever... but when i devote my time in one, i neglect the other matters.. ppl kept looking for me and they seemed to find me MIA... Indeed i was MIA for quite some time, which may angered some of my clients...
Now the company is planning a 'here-we-go-again' event... how am i supposed to be involved in it? The sec 4 are taking their O levels soon and i do the admin side.. not clear what to do yet but have to be around lah. Somemore the blur new bird still think she can reserve me for this event so that i can be anytime available at her dispense. Like my other colleague said, "who is 'reservable' at this state?" we are mostly handling lotsa things at one go.. Almost everyone is multi-tasking... except the newer ones who 'dunno what to do'...
Anyway, spent the afternoon in the office clearing up my delayed stuffs... finished off around 5pm, went bought tix for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest... Wanted to watch at an earlier slot, but it seems that it has been sold out... So we bought for the 9pm + slot.. Around 5pm bought 9pm + show we got the 3rd row from front... sheesh..
Around 6 to 7pm, we went suki sushi.. then arcade games... then more arcade games... played the dancing machine for the first time and i regretted joining my crazy colleague step on the damn not sensitive and the squares are so far away machine...
So ma lu... i never wanna play it again...
Went to The Cathay around 9.30pm. We slowly made our way into the cinema.. realised that it's pitch dark. It's in the Grand Cathay.. can accomodate to like 500 ppl.. and we were late! We thought it's 9.45pm... actually on the tix it stated 9.25pm.. But good thing we missed the trailers and the short animation.
I walked down the aisle first. Since we got the tix late and we were late, we had to 'skews me...skews me' go into our seats.. somehow on my way into my seat (we gotta go 'skewing' past 5 ppl b4 getting to our seat) there was nothing playing on the screen. I can't see my hands. I tried finding my way by touching the cushioned chair the row in front of us.
To my horror, the cushioned chair head rest were lower than i expected. I got my hands into other ppl's hair and sculp before finding my 'arm chair head rest' direction icon. After touching then realized loh, then quickly apologised to the 'toufu' i've had... But another prob, i dunno if i reached my seat, and somehow this darkness seemed to last for quite long... i slowly walked in till i felt one leg blocking my way. I knew i missed my seat. Again bo bian apologised loh... So Ma Lu again... There was one kind soul trying to show us the way using his HP.. but his HP like bo battery one.. so weak.. even my Sony Ericsson K700i light is brighter than his.. But anyway, appreciated his effort to lead us to the way..
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest was a very fantastic show! The effects were great, the sound is blasting and the aye aye Captain Jack is so humorous!
Love the whole show until the end last few minutes.. Kept everyone in suspense.. Pui! No ending! Got Part III one... But then, the whole show is quite worth the money.. every single part kept everyone entertained.. I love the part the giant sea monster puked on Captain Jack, very hilarious! I think Captain Jack is too Niang le.. So sissy!
Go catch it...
Oh yah, the Part III got Chow Yun Fatt starring as the Head of Pirates from Singapore...
haha.. somehow in this movie, our little red dot has become more famous...

Had a nightmare last night. Spooky one.
Dreamt that my dad wanted the whole family to go to a place around midnight to meet our deceased grandparents. He said they will come after midnight...
I was too tired and fell asleep. My dad even made an effort to take photos of them in the HP, renamed "spooky but not scary"... and there is nothing but darkness in the photo...
Is there any meaning about this dream? Is it that I haven't been going to pray them?
Hmm...
I find it very creepy...

I'm ISO, are you?
Ever since there's certifications for services and processes, the products and services we had in Singapore are much more a better standards compared to generations ago.
Yesterday's news. People will be recognised and accredited for their services in the F&B Industry. That's good news! Apart from GEMS (Going Extra Mile for Service), Singapore has set a standard and let the really hardworking ppl who had slogged for years to finally being recognised for their work.
Just like organisations. Companies have CASETRUST, ISO 9001 and others (which i'm not sure and din really need to know and care about). So companies which cannot meet the standards and requirements will have to close down sooner or later.
I imagine. In years to come, each of us in order to outdo one another, we have to get ourselves outstanding. So, we need to be accredited. We will be ISO certified? So that big brand companies will wanna hire us...
If there is really this kinda thing, I will go for it and make myself ISOed.

Anyway don't you agree that many national day theme songs were so nice and 'melodious' (if there's even such word)... that you love humming to it and that you dunno that Kit Chan's Home (This is Home, Truly, where i know i must be...~) is actually song for 1998?!!
Well i actually created a folder containing National Day songs.. it's pretty much a good catch... Really nice series of songs...

Today is my Great Grandma's 100th birthday.
WOW! One whole century she went through. I wonder, will I get to live till that ripe age?
But then again, my death tests (i took 2 different death test) shown that i will die around 80 to 85. At least not that bad. One link if you wanna take the Death Test
My previous results:
My outcome:
October 2066 at age 83
- probable cause -
CANCER
WHY YOU DIE?
56% cancer
24% car accident
13% loneliness
5% drowning of the lungs
2% wounds
You have 22315.6 days left on this earth.
You've already lived 27% of your life.
..........
Anyway this is the 2nd death test i took. 1st test i took the date was
October 7, 2063 at the age of 80 years old. Cancer (41%), Alien Abduction (17%), Homicide (9%), Drowning (8%), Electrolysis (5%)
Oh, talking about my great grandma's birthday, am expecting to see those distant cousins whom i never met.. but i think it will only be a small gathering among my direct relatives nia.. cos in one of my grand uncle's house, pretty small. It will be interesting if everyone gathers together..

Something to share about...
Mr. Narayana Murthy is undoubtedly one of the most famous persons from
Karnataka. He is known not just for building the biggest IT Empire in India
but also for his simplicity. Almost every important dignitary visits
InfoSys campus. He delivered an interesting speech during an employee
session with another IT company in India. He is incidentally, one of the
top 50 influential people of Asia according to an Asiaweek publication and
also the new IT Advisor to the Thailand Prime Minister.
Extract of Mr. Narayana Murthy's Speech during Mentor Session:
I know people who work 12 hours a day, six days a week, or more. Some
people do so because of a work emergency where the long hours are only
temporary. Other people I know have put in these hours for years. I do not
know if they are working all these hours, but I do know they are in the
office this long. Others put in long office hours because they are
addicted to the workplace.
Whatever the reason for putting in overtime, working long hours over the
long term is harmful to the person and to the organization. There are
things managers can do to change this for everyone's benefit. Being in the
office long hours, over long periods of time, makes way for potential
errors.
My colleagues who are in the office long hours frequently make mistakes
caused by fatigue. Correcting these mistakes requires their time as well as
the time and energy of others. I have seen people work Tuesday through
Friday to correct mistakes made after 5 PM on Monday.
Another problem is that people who are in the office long hours are not
pleasant company. They often complain about other people (who are not
working as hard); they are irritable, or cranky, or even angry. Other
people avoid them. Such behaviour poses problems, where work goes much
better when people work together instead of avoiding one another.
As Managers, there are things we can do to help people leave the office.
First and foremost is to set the example and go home ourselves. I work with
a manager who chides people for working long hours. His words quickly lose
their meaning when he sends these chiding group e-mails with a time-stamp
of 2 AM, Sunday.
Second is to encourage people to put some balance in their lives. For
instance, here is a guideline I find helpful:
1) Wake up, eat a good breakfast, and go to work.
2) Work hard and smart for eight or nine hours.
3) Go home.
4) Read the books/comics, watch a funny movie, dig in the dirt, play with
your kids, etc.
5) Eat well and sleep well.
This is called recreating. Doing steps 1, 3, 4, and 5 enable step 2.
Working regular hours and recreating daily are simple concepts. They are
hard for some of us because that requires 'personal change'. They are
possible since we all have the power to choose to do them.
In considering the issue of overtime, I am reminded of my oldest son. When
he was a toddler, if people were visiting the apartment, he would not fall
asleep no matter how long the visit was, and no matter what time of day it
was. He would fight off sleep until the visitors left. It was as if he was
afraid that he would miss some thing. Once our visitors' left, he would go
to sleep. By this time, however, he was over tired and would scream through
half the night with nightmares. He, my wife, and I, all paid the price for
his fear of missing out.
Perhaps some people put in such long hours because they do not want to miss
anything when they leave the office. The trouble with this is that events
will never stop happening. That is life! Things happen 24 hours a day.
Allowing for little rest is not ultimately practical. So, take a nap.
Things will happen while you are asleep, but you will have the energy to
catch up when you wake.
Hence,
