BITCHOLOGY

When I stand up for myself and my beliefs, they call me a bitch.
When I stand up for those I love, they call me a bitch.
When I speak my mind, think my own thoughts or do things my own way,they
call me a bitch.
Being a bitch means I won't compromise what's in my heart. It means I
live my life MY way.
It means I won't allow anyone to step on me.
When I refuse to tolerate injustice and speak against it, I am defined
as a bitch.
The same thing happens when I take time for myself instead of being
everyone's maid, or when I act a little selfish.
It means I have the courage and strength to allow myself to be who I
truly am and won't become anyone else's idea of what they think I
"should" be.
So try to stomp on me, try to douse my inner flame, try to squash every
ounce of beauty I hold within me. You won't succeed.
And if that makes me a bitch, so be it. I embrace the title and am proud
to bear it.

Took leave today... Went Dim Sum buffet @ Dragon Gate Restaurant Harborfront~! Havent went for soo soo long.. Me and Co took the wrong lift and ended up in carpark.. But heng heng me got sense of direction (erm hum..) and managed to find the 鸟不生蛋(bird no lay eggs) place...
Food was alright.. It's buffet style ley.. so we ordered almost all on the menu list. But we din slowly order, we ticked ticked ticked the piece of order form machiam we had been starved for days.. then all the food come together. So it's like, only the 2 of us, but the food was being stacked up (dim sum buckets so their way of placing food is to stack)
We gorged down the yummy stuff.. One of my fave was a seafood dumpling topped with shitake mushroom. The one at the centre... I tell you, it's a mouth watering dish! The crystal skin dumpling (not har gao) has fresh shrimps for ingredients and some fishcake i think.. It's steamed and the dumpling just compliments the mushroom.. Hmm.. Suddenly reminds me of Remy the mouse from Ratatouille... Fireworks when strawberry eat with cheese.. Something like that..
Another dish worth mentioning is shrimp roll wrapped with deep fried toufu net. Something like that.. it's crispy outside and juicy inside! Yum yum!
Haha.. suddenly machiam i've become a food critic.. But the food there really can go for it again... what's more it's only $13.80++ per pax and eat till you drop kinda thing.
If you're craving for better delicacy you can opt for the more expensive buffet. $23.80++ per pax i think. Got sharkfin soup, braised chicken, chilli crab, scallop etc... But the thing is that, the timing is the same as the cheaper one. 11.30am to 2.30pm. Able to gobble that down within the time frame? Go for it then!
Anyway, me and co ate till our tummy machiam explode.. Had some peanuts left and tata sauce together with some chilli and ginger.. Decided to do something cheeky to make sure the uneaten food is not being recycled..

After makan went Vivo for a stroll.. Had valuable time chatting and shopping while the most of the people are working. I tell you this kinda feeling is super shiok!
Evening went to attend some event. Suprised to see celebrity there as well..
She's Le Yao. Think I saw her before. Guess there are too many artistes in the market le so she's a bit more available to participate in this kinda event. Esp got the new and uprising 7 princesses as well as the new Star Search.. Who will actually remember the poor girl who came all the way from China few years ago to join Star Search and stuck here waiting for script writers and directors to find them to act. My personal thoughts lah, is that becoming a star or singer is definitely a dream and not practical at all. Singapore's market is so small and if you don't go and 'pour' the upper management, if you got hidden talents or great assets (look at Fiona Xie), you will never climb to the 'recogniseable' position. I-mag reported that Fiona Xie needed to be saved.. Thought she was quite popular le.. Maybe she's not sociable enough...
Anyway if you're out of Singapore, will anyone knows you? So I think people out there dreaming to become Brad Pitt, please dream only when you don't have to worry how much your next credit card bill be... And looks and acting talents are definitely a must!
