Enjoying Saturday Afternoon...

Went for a Japanese Traditional Sweets and Tea Session last Saturday. About 200+ ppl attended. It was organised by Singapore Japanese Association and I happened to be in their invitation list, I went with Kaisa...

The Art of Tea Ceremony.. In the past it was performed by mainly guys, now most of it was done by female instead.

Green Tea! Very concentrated, made from the ceremony.


Their small little desserts, should be taken after the green tea..

I took the pink peony.. I like their effort in craving the shape, even the pollens are neatly arranged inside! Hard work involved! Can't bear to eat!


But I still had mine... Red bean paste inside... Nice, not that sweet, just nice...

This is a big mochi, the chef used tweezer to do the individual petals... Very nice and artistic!
